Valet Parking Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Valet Parking Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring the security of customer vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with vehicle drop-off and pick-up procedures.
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for existing damage before parking and document findings.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and keys.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Keep valet areas organized and free of hazards.
• Assist customers with directions, luggage, or other reasonable requests.
• Report any vehicle damage, accidents, or security concerns immediately.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
• Previous valet, driving, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
