Valet Parking Site Manager - Parking Operations - Part Time or Full Time

Work Modality: Primarily in the field

Schedule: Full-time, Part Time, Week Days, Evenings, Weekends

Location: NYC, (Queens) (Brooklyn) (Manhattan)

Ideal Experience:

• This position is responsible for locations across our NYC portfolio with oversight for all aspects of the operation, including valet parking services and self-parking, as well as overseeing your designated area's teams. The ideal candidate will need to have previous parking industry experience, with a customer service and hospitality background also being a top priority.
• Progressive management experience with multi-team's front-line employee oversight
• Established experience with scheduling and payroll
• Bachelor's or associate degree with a concentration in business is preferred.

• You have 5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries.
• Your operational and financial acumen are outstanding, and you are able to share and coach your leaders in these areas.
• You use your impeccable conversational and written communication skills to develop lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff.
• You are an excellent leader and someone who leads
• Your education includes a degree or the equivalent in work experience
• You know your way around a computer and will have no problems with revenue control equipment, payroll systems, or the Microsoft Office suite.

As Area Manager, you will:

• Provide exceptional leadership and development to your team.
• Provide support and guidance to supervisors and managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational needs.
• Develop and maintain lasting, mutually productive client relations and attend client meetings.
• Review management reports and client statements on a consolidated basis to ensure actual financial results meet both corporate and client budgeted expectations.
• Review performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs, analyze trends, and work with senior managers and/or the corporate office to maximize performance.
• Work with corporate to prepare annual budgets to ensure that a proper plan for the generation of revenues, allocation of staff, and operating expenses are established for the fiscal year.
• Perform other tasks as developed and assigned by company management.
