Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group is hiring dependable and customer-focused Valet Van Drivers to support airport valet operations at Nashville International Airport (BNA). This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and offers a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. Valet Van Drivers play an important role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of customers, staff, and vehicles while maintaining a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced airport environment.

Valet Van Drivers are responsible for operating company vehicles in accordance with all safety guidelines, airport regulations, and company policies. Duties include transporting passengers or vehicles between designated airport locations, assisting customers as needed, maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle, and reporting any mechanical or safety concerns. Drivers are expected to communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors and may assist with traffic flow, staging vehicles, or other operational tasks as assigned.

This position requires strict compliance with airport security and safety standards. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain an airport-issued security badge, which includes passing a background check and security screening. A DOT medical card may also be required; if not currently held, the company will provide the medical examination at no cost to the employee as part of the onboarding process. Applicants must also be able to pass any required drug screening.

Qualified candidates must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills. Prior valet, driving, or transportation experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced airport environment, able to adapt to changing operational needs, and capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, which may include standing, walking, and assisting passengers as needed.
