Position- Validate AFEX BO Quality Analyst

JobTitle:QualityAnalyst

This QA will be auditing/monitoring the transactions completed by the BO Team. Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved. Compile and analyze statistical data. Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.

Monitor back-office transactions to ensure accuracy,

completeness, and adherence to defined SOPs,

regulatory guidelines, and internal controls

Audit correspondence and follow-ups with

correspondent banks to ensure proper documentation

and closure within agreed timelines

Verify that all activities meet organizational policies,

risk management standards, and applicable

compliance requirements.

To check & report on any malpractices/unusual

behavior from any agent monitored from quality

reports

Quality dashboard to be published to team &

Supervisor as well as with AFEX on weekly basis

Quality Analyst to undergo regular refresher trainings

with AFEX to ensure he/she is aligned and updated

with the latest processes and procedures

To set up weekly call calibration sessions with AFEX

team to ensure the quality is aligned with

expectations.

Review and identify common problem areas that

require focus and assign tasks, accordingly, ensuring

effective RCA and CAPA to improve Accuracy scores

Drive 100% adherence to QAD requirements

Develop evaluation programs that enhance the

customer center output.

Coaching agents on Quality Procedures and Policies.

(Conducting group huddles for Update Dissemination

and One to One coaching and feedback session)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics,

statistics or related field.

Should have 2 Years of experience in the BFS Domain

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
