Valuation Analyst

This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives on data-driven decision-making, financial modeling, and strategic business analysis.

Position Overview

The Valuation Analyst will play a key role in conducting financial valuations, market research, investment analysis, and business performance assessments. You will work closely with leadership and clients to support strategic decisions, mergers & acquisitions, investment opportunities, and corporate planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct company, asset, and investment valuations using industry-standard methodologies
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasting tools
• Perform market research, industry benchmarking, and competitor analysis
• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and operational performance
• Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
• Support due diligence activities for acquisitions, investments, and partnerships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and business strategy
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to financial standards and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in valuation, investment analysis, corporate finance, or financial consulting
• Strong understanding of:
• DCF Valuation
• Comparable Company Analysis
• Financial Modeling
• Risk & Investment Analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience in GCC markets is advantageous
