Valuation Technical Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspection of Property Valuation (Commercial/ Residential / Industrial Etc.), checking Built up area (temporary/ permanent separately), Plot area etc.
• Finalize valuation reports.
• Analyze approved plans/Bye Laws and verify whether construction is as per approved plan/bye laws.
• Person will be responsible for the quality of valuation reports & estimated market values.
• Resolve queries of the clients regarding valuation reports.
• Adhere to banks- Risk/credit/technical team’s guidelines.
• Utilize strategically methodologies for project appraisal.

Key Skills:

• Candidate should have relevant knowledge of Property Valuation
• Technical & functional expertise
• Strong analytical skills & rich experience conceptualising financial strategy

Relevant Experience: 2-5 years+ (In Valuation Stream Only)(The Candidates from Banks, NBFCs or any Valuation firms are warmly welcomed to EEPAC Family...)

Qualification: B.tech- Civil/B.E.- Civil (In Valuation Stream Only)
or M.tech- Civil/M.E.- Civil (In Valuation Stream Only)

Salary: Rs. (Salary is not a bar for right candidates)

Location: Lucknow, Noida
