STEM N ROOT is seeking a dynamic self-starter to launch and manage our initial Multi-Product Line (MPL) of premium organic farm products.

This is a full-cycle role that combines operations, branding, and sales. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of taking products to market, we want to talk to you.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Product Sourcing & Procurement: search and source the raw materials. You can manage external procurement as needed.
2. Branding & Packaging: Manage relationships with designers and vendors to execute professional, market-ready label design, packaging, and compliance.
3. Sales & Marketing: Drive B2B and D2C sales for storefront (www.stemnroot.com) to generate orders.
4. Logistics & Fulfillment: Oversee inventory, package orders, and arrange reliable dispatch/delivery to customers.

Required Profile: Proven experience in Sales/Marketing, strong organizational skills, and a practical understanding of supply chain logistics.

Compensation: Competitive base salary + significant commission based on sales performance.
