Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct valuation of land, buildings, and property assets as per IBBI and government guidelines.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports including market analysis, legal verifications, and site inspections.
• Maintain and update records of property valuation data.
• Coordinate with clients, banks, and financial institutions for valuation assignments.
• Ensure compliance with IBBI, Companies Act, and other statutory valuation regulations.
• Conduct physical inspections and collect necessary field data for accurate property valuation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in property and land valuation.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and valuation software/tools.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling valuation assignments for banks, NBFCs, or government bodies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to travel for site inspections across Mumbai

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
