About Us

360 Event Hire is a fast-growing event equipment supplier based in Kirkcaldy. We deliver furniture and equipment to weddings, festivals and sporting events across Scotland — and we need reliable drivers and crew to help make it happen.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, physical role combining driving with warehouse and event work. You'll be based at our Kirkcaldy warehouse but regularly out on the road delivering across Scotland.

What You'll Be Doing

Driving & Deliveries:

• Driving vans to deliver and collect equipment across Scotland
• Class 2 / Category C drivers may operate larger vehicles
• Loading and securing equipment for transport

Warehouse:

• Picking and preparing orders for events
• Cleaning, checking and maintaining stock
• Keeping the warehouse organised and event-ready

On-site at Events:

• Setting up and dismantling equipment
• Supporting the team on the day

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Full UK driving licence with confident van driving experience
• Reliable, hardworking and flexible
• Comfortable with physical/manual work
• Available for weekends, early starts and late finishes

An advantage:

• Class 2 / Category C HGV licence (higher rate available)
• Experience in events, logistics or a similar hands-on role
