Key Responsibilities

• Pick up daily meal orders from the company’s kitchen or distribution center.
• Deliver meals to customers’ homes, offices, or designated drop-off points following

assigned routes and schedules.

• Ensure meals are transported under proper temperature and hygiene conditions

(hot/cold chain compliance).

• Verify order accuracy before delivery and obtain necessary customer signatures or

confirmations.

• Handle meal bags or containers carefully to prevent damage or spillage.
• Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and report any maintenance or safety

issues promptly.

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, kitchen staff, and customers regarding

delivery updates or issues.

• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Provide professional and courteous service to all clients, representing the

company’s values.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (with a clean driving record).
• Proven experience as a delivery driver (experience in food delivery is an advantage).
• Familiarity with GPS systems, route planning, and local areas.
• Basic understanding of food safety and handling procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle meal boxes or bags.
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Should be able to read and write English.
