Van Sales & Distribution Supervisor (Bakery Products)

We are looking for a Van Sales & Distribution Supervisor to help grow the sales of a bakery brand by improving product distribution and managing daily van sales operations.

The role focuses on increasing sales through better route planning, opening new retail outlets, improving merchandising, and training van sales staff to actively sell products rather than just deliver them.

This is a hands-on role suitable for someone with FMCG or food distribution sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve daily van sales routes
• Identify and open new retail outlets and customers
• Train the van sales driver on effective selling techniques
• Monitor daily sales performance and targets
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising in stores
• Build relationships with supermarkets, groceries, and cafes
• Track stock movement and coordinate production with demand
• Report weekly sales performance and opportunities for growth

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, or van sales
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience managing route sales or field sales
• Ability to identify new sales opportunities
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and inventory management
• Valid driving license preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RO180.000 - RO300.000 per month
