Position: Van Sales Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Van Sales Representative to manage daily route sales, develop customer relationships, and ensure consistent product availability in the market. The ideal candidate should be experienced in sales, confident on the road, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company van along assigned routes to sell and deliver products
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
• Acquire new customers within designated territory
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising at customer locations
• Collect payments and ensure accurate daily reconciliation
• Monitor stock levels in the van and request replenishments as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the sales van
• Prepare daily sales reports

Qualifications

• Proven experience in van sales or field sales (preferred)
• Background in sports nutrition is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading products
• Knowledge of the local area/route is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Familiar with ERP systems and able to encode daily transactions
