Van Salesman – FMCG / Food Industry

Location: UAE (Willing to work in any Emirate)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Van Salesman with a strong background in the food/FMCG industry. The role involves direct van sales, achieving monthly sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct daily van sales and route coverage as per plan
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach
• Ensure proper product display and stock rotation at outlets
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with warehouse for loading and stock management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in van sales (Food/FMCG mandatory)
• Valid UAE driving license (Manual)
• Strong knowledge of UAE retail market
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
