Van Salesman

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Van Salesman to handle route sales, customer servicing, product delivery, and collection activities across assigned locations in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG van sales and strong customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct van sales and route sales activities in assigned territories
• Visit existing customers and develop new customer relationships
• Promote and sell company products effectively
• Ensure timely delivery of products and collection of payments
• Maintain billing, invoicing, and handheld device operations
• Monitor stock movement and coordinate replenishment
• Maintain proper records of sales and customer feedback
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and safe driving practices
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Valid UAE Manual Driving License – Mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of UAE van sales / route sales experience in FMCG
• Basic English communication skills
• Malayalam or Hindi language preferred
• Basic computer/system knowledge (billing, invoicing, handheld devices)
• Good customer relationship and negotiation skills
• Age below 35 years
