We are a rapidly growing outpatient medical practice with 8 clinics across the Phoenix Valley and more than 20,000 successful procedures completed. We specialize in minimally invasive vein treatments and are looking for an experienced NP or PA who can step into a high-impact role and help us continue delivering excellent patient care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) and Varithena procedures
  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, ultrasound technologists, medical assistants, and the care team
  • Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and recovery expectations
  • Help guide patients through the full treatment journey
  • Support clinical workflows, quality improvement, and patient care operations
  • Travel locally between clinic locations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arizona
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience performing vein procedures
  • Experience with RFA and Varithena strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient clinic
  • Strong bedside manner and excellent communication skills
  • Growth-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
  • BLS and ACLS certifications preferred or required upon hire
  • Willingness to travel between local Phoenix-area clinic locations

Compensation & Perks:

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
