Responsibilities-
Managing virtual dental queries and escalations to ensure timely and effective patient support.

Conducting video consultations with patients to monitor and guide treatment progress.

Handing dental-related queries via chat, providing accurate information and prompt resolutions.

Conducting regular follow-ups with patients and coordinating with internal departments to ensure end-to-end resolution of patient queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
