• Ensure robust financial governance & compliance including internal & external audits.
• Analysis & support for feasibility studies, Life of Mine planning, and Reserve & Resource targets.
• Enable data-driven decision-making and benchmark.

Successful Candidate:

• CA/CMA with 7+ years of experience in project finance, preferably in mining or capital-intensive industries.
• Strong in capital budgeting, financial systems, and compliance frameworks.
• Skilled in financial analysis, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

2. Head Finance – Rod Mill, Vedanta Copper International, KSA

• Provide financial leadership and control for rod mill projects, ensuring disciplined capital management, cost control, and compliance with corporate governance standards.
• Play a key role in aligning financial performance with strategic goals of the organisation.
• Play a pivotal role in project cost controllership, negotiation and contract finalization.
• Develop financial model for project and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
• Ensure project funding, Inter corporate loans or commercial banks
• Ensure necessary approvals on the Project around budget from COD & Board
• Ensure project governance, risk, budget, analysis, continuous monitoring, audit, and review
• Preparation and handling of FP&A, FR, annual accounts along with statutory audit & Sign off
• Business partner performance scorecard management and costing
• Ensure 100% compliance with all internal & external audit requirements in line with group guidelines
• Driving digitalization for process efficiency, accuracy, and industry benchmark

Successful Candidate:
