• Greeting and Welcoming: Making customers feel comfortable and welcome at the stall.
• Explaining the Menu: Describing the different types of soups, ingredients, and any special features or promotions.
• Taking Orders: Accurately recording customer orders and preferences.
• Handling Payments: Processing cash and potentially other forms of payment.
• Providing Excellent Service: Addressing customer questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Handling Complaints: Addressing customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
