Vehicle Acquisition Agent

Overview

JN Group, Inc. is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Acquisition Agents to help expand our inventory by sourcing and purchasing vehicles from various channels. As a Vehicle Acquisition Agent, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and purchasing vehicles that meet our inventory needs. You will work closely with private sellers, and dealerships to secure the best deals while ensuring quality and profitability.

Compensation: $3,500.00 per month plus commissions

Duties

Acquisition Channels

• Source vehicles through online marketplaces, lead generating assets, and private sellers.
• Build and maintain relationships with sellers and vendors.

Acquisition Process Management

• Respond to leads within 10 minutes.
• Work all leads to appointment and purchase.
• Evaluate vehicle condition, history reports, and market value in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
• Negotiate pricing and purchase terms with sellers upon approval of manager.
• Process customer payments in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate inspections, transportation, and documentation.

Inventory & Market Management

• Maintain accurate records of acquisitions and inventory.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to identify opportunities.

Requirements

• Has motor vehicle sales license (or ability to obtain one).
• Must be a Notary Public or become a Notary Public upon hire.
• Previous experience in automotive sales, purchasing, or appraisal preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and market values.
• Ability to analyze vehicle history reports.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving abstract.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month
