We have built the latest software to help keep track of all leads coming from 3rd party sites like Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, CarGurus, KBB Instant Cash offer, CARFAX cash offer, and much more.

This is not a Sales Associate position to sell cars, but if you have this experience contact us right away for better opportunities and higher potential!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track all incoming leads from Kelly Blue Book ICO and other 3rd Party
• Contact sellers via phone, text, and email.
• Input and follow up on leads using our CRM system.
• Set appraisal appointments with sellers.
• Obtain and provide all necessary documentation for purchases.
• Conduct accurate vehicle assessments by collecting and recording all required information for customer appraisal.
• Assist in setting up appointments with the sales team for the trade leads.
• Track all purchases and trades acquired via Kelly Blue Book ICO leads and provide a weekly report on the number of leads and acquisitions.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have the ability to retain crucial information regarding the retail/wholesale vehicle market.
• Proven organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions, and be able to shift priorities.
• Demonstrate strong and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Professional and well-groomed appearance.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
