Vehicle Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using appropriate diagnostic tools.
• Repair and replace defective parts, including engines, brakes, suspension systems, and transmissions.
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle electrical systems, including batteries, starters, and lighting systems.
• Test vehicles after maintenance or repairs to ensure proper functionality and compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports for all vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company policies.
• Report major faults, recurring issues, or safety risks to the supervisor or maintenance manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of tools, equipment, and workshop areas.
• Coordinate with spare parts and procurement teams to ensure availability of required materials.
• Support fleet maintenance activities and respond to breakdowns when required.
