Vehicle Mechanic

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Mechanic to join our team at Gear Heads Auto Garage. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. UAE garage experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate diagnosis and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of vehicles.
• Conduct routine maintenance services (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, AC, etc.).
• Supervise junior mechanics and guide them in technical jobs.
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Inspect vehicles and provide detailed job estimates.
• Maintain proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop safety standards.
• Keep updated with new vehicle technologies and diagnostic equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on mechanic experience in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of German, American, and Japanese vehicles (preferred).
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and scan equipment.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
