Vehicle Mechanic / Welder Wanted – Join the Team at Surrey Auto Works Ltd

Surrey Auto Works Ltd is looking for an experienced and reliable Vehicle Mechanic with welding and fabrication skills to join our growing team.

We are a busy independent workshop specialising in VW Transporters, including conversions, upgrades, maintenance, and restoration projects. Alongside our Transporter work, we also carry out restoration work, servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide range of cars, vans, and light commercial vehicles of all makes and models.

Duties Include:

* Vehicle servicing and repairs

* Diagnostics and fault finding

* MOT preparation

* General maintenance on cars/vans/light commercial vehicles

* Welding and fabrication repairs as required

* Working independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a vehicle mechanic

* Welding and fabrication experience essential

* Good problem-solving skills

* Full UK driving licence preferred

* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work to a high standard
