Vehicle Operation Supervisor

We are hiring the candidate for the position of Vehicle operation Supervisor for car rental & leasing company, Kuwait.

Responsibilities & Duties

Oversee all day-to-day operations of the vehicle leasing and rental division

Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize profits and improve customer satisfaction

Ensure efficient and effective management of vehicles, including maintenance, scheduling, and record-keeping

Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and Dealers

Stay current with industry trends and regulations, and make recommendations for improvements as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in vehicle operation of leasing and rental management

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage budgets and financial plans

Familiarity with automotive industry trends

Experience in customer service and conflict resolution

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Proven track record of success in managing and growing a fleet management

Transferable residency Visa # 18

Valid Kuwait Driving License

Know Arabic & English

Familiar with Computer work
