Job Overview
Responsible for end-to-end vehicle movement through the dealership—from arrival, PDI, preparation, and workflow coordination to final handover. Ensures efficient vehicle flow, prevents delays that affect sales targets, supports aftersales operations, and manages internal fleet vehicles assigned to employees.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Fleet Management

Manage in-fleet and de-fleet processes, including registrations and deregistrations.

Maintain accurate fleet inventory, records, mileage, and service history.

Monitor vehicle locations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Coordinate maintenance and servicing for internal vehicles.
Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Management

Prioritize PDI and delivery schedules with Sales.

Coordinate transportation of vehicles to dealerships.

Liaise with Service and Logistics for PDI clearance and follow up on technical issues.
Sales Support & Cross-Functional Coordination

Provide Sales with continuous updates on vehicle status and ETAs.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Service, and Logistics to minimize delays.

Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries
Handover Preparation

Coordinate customer deliveries and ensure all documentation is complete.

Work with Service and valeting teams to ensure vehicles meet quality standards.

Arrange accessories, modifications, and final preparations for new vehicles.

Prepare and process sales and warranty documents.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Automotive-related training or certifications preferred.
Skills & Attributes

Proficient with computer systems and inventory/record management tools.

Strong understanding of automotive processes, including vehicle titles, registration, and documentation.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional and empathetic in managing customer concerns and complaints.
