Vehicle Test Engineer

We are an international automotive company specializing in testing and validating Chinese electric vehicles (EVs) for leading manufacturers. As our projects continue to grow, we are looking for an Automotive Test Engineer to join our team for a 1–2 month project in Istanbul, Turkey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle adaptation and validation tests according to project requirements.
• Evaluate vehicle functions under local usage conditions.
• Identify, reproduce, and document vehicle issues and defects.
• Collect and provide detailed evidence, including descriptions, photos, videos, and logs when required.
• Test various vehicle systems, including:
• • Infotainment
  • HVAC
  • EV/PHEV charging functions
  • ADAS and other assigned vehicle features
• Record test results accurately and submit reports on time.
• Work closely with the Test Driver and Project Manager.
• Support issue verification and regression testing.
• Follow project procedures, testing standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive vehicle testing is a plus.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to document issues clearly and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site in Istanbul, Turkey.
• Ability to work under a B2B contract.( when you able to issue invoices)
