Vehicle Tracking Officer

Position : Journey Management Officer

Location: Karachi

Experience: Fresh to 3 years ( Oil Marketing / Logistics Industry or Vehicle tracking Company)

Education: Bachelors

Additional Requirements: Communication Skills, Computer Literacy, Counselling ad Reporting skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensure driver counselling related to journey issues and compliances
• Monitor and analyse the black spots/ extra irrelevant stop and any mishap during the trip.
• Ensure to maintain daily reports for all trips
• Ensure hourly Tl reporting on the basis of location
• Schedule tls reporting timely or violating the time limits for arriving in depot
• Conduct drivers training related to JMP compliances other than counselling/Journey related issues and updates
• Optimum utilization of vehicle, equipment and human resources
• Report irregularities in employee use of vehicles to the administration.
• Ensure organizational readiness for all emergency response situations.
• Assist with development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards
• All vehicle accidents to be accurately recorded and investigated.
• Conduct training session on defensive driver training to ensure maximum safe driving.
