Vehicle Wrap, PPF & Window Tinting Technician – Premium & High-End Vehicles

Auto Gleam Car Care is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Car Wrap, Paint Protection Film (PPF) & Window Tint Specialist to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering premium vehicle transformation and protection services to our high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Perform full and partial vehicle wraps using premium materials such as 3M, Avery Dennison, and Inozetek, ensuring seamless finishes and deep tucks.

Install Paint Protection Film (clear and matte) using both pre-cut kits and custom bulk methods.

Carry out professional surface preparation, including thorough cleaning, decontamination, and polishing for optimal film adhesion.

Safely disassemble and reassemble vehicle components (door handles, mirrors, trims, emblems) to achieve a “hidden edge” finish.

Utilize knifeless tape and precision trimming techniques without damaging vehicle paint.

Ensure strict quality control by eliminating bubbles, wrinkles, lifting, and imperfections.

Apply proper heat and finishing techniques suitable for UAE climate conditions.

Manage materials efficiently to minimize waste and maintain organized inventory.

Meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Coordinate with the media and marketing team to ensure vehicles are ready for filming and promotion.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in high-end vehicle wrapping, PPF, and window tinting.

Strong technical skills in heat gun usage, film stretching, and wet/dry application methods.

Proven ability to work on complex areas such as bumpers, mirrors, and door handles.

Portfolio of previous work (photos/videos) is mandatory.

High level of discipline, patience, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
