Duties

• Stock vending machines with a variety of products including snacks, drinks, and produce, ensuring they are fully replenished and appealing.
• Conduct regular inventory management by tracking stock levels using RF scanners and maintaining accurate records for restocking needs.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of vending machines to ensure proper functionality and hygiene standards are met.
• Load and unload supplies using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Manage shipping & receiving tasks by organizing deliveries, verifying shipments, and coordinating product distribution efficiently.
• Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, enhance customer experience, and maximize sales.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about stock levels, maintenance issues, or product requests in multiple languages if applicable.

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience or retail sales background is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems, including the use of RF scanners for tracking stock movements.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely in a warehouse or retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Knowledge of grocery store operations or merchandising practices is beneficial but not required.
