Vending Route Driver

Duties

• Safely operate commercial vehicles along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Deliver and restock vending machines with a variety of products, ensuring they are fully stocked and attractive to customers
• Perform routine maintenance on vending machines, including cleaning, product rotation, and troubleshooting minor technical issues
• Engage with customers professionally to address questions, upsell additional products, and promote new offerings
• Organize daily route schedules efficiently to maximize productivity and ensure timely deliveries
• Handle heavy lifting of product cases and vending equipment while maintaining proper safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales transactions, inventory levels, and route activities

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred
• Strong math skills for inventory management and pricing adjustments
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
• Proven ability in sales techniques such as upselling and product promotion
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and repetitive movement throughout the workday
• Exceptional organizational skills to plan routes effectively and manage time efficiently
• Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and teamwork mindset
• Knowledge of merchandising standards and customer service principles is highly desirable

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
