Vendor Acquisition Sales Rep - Hourly plus bonus

Overview:
We’re looking for driven, resourceful sales reps to help expand our national vendor network. As a Vendor Acquisition Sales Rep, your job is to find, qualify, and onboard new vendors in markets where we need coverage. You’ll be the front line of our growth, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and bringing new haulers and service providers into our network.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and reach out to new vendors in targeted expansion areas.
  • Qualify leads and negotiate competitive rates that align with our margins and standards.
  • Onboard new vendors and ensure accurate setup in our CRM.
  • Maintain consistent outreach volume and follow-up activity — this is a sales role first and foremost.
  • Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to fill coverage gaps quickly.
  • Track performance metrics and contribute ideas to improve vendor sourcing strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales mindset — motivated, competitive, and relentless with follow-up.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and outreach tools.
  • Experience in logistics, equipment rental, or construction services is a plus (but not required).
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
