Vendor Client Specialist Senior
This Vendor Client Specialist Senior works independently, performing a wide range of vendor and customer support, focusing primarily on more complex transactions/relationships and those requiring concierge-level service. While the position does not possess booking or funding authority, a key objective is to shepherd transactions up to the point of booking, to meet established service level agreements, especially related to process time.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Acts a the primary transaction driver, shepherding transactions through the commercial financing process, coordinating and supporting efforts of sales, credit and operations to ensure maximum efficiency of transaction processing.
  • Assists on special transactions or projects for assigned vendor programs and other new business transactions.
  • Prepares written presentations, and applies sound judgment on recommendations to appropriate level of credit authority within defined time frames.
  • Meets servicing requirements of assigned vendor partners, responding to transactional in-bound calls.
  • Works with relationship managers, account managers and vendor services to roll out new vendor products and programs.
  • Follows up with end user customer or vendor for completed contract documents.
  • Works with senior account manager and/or account manager to ensure any unique requests are addressed and approved as part of the credit approval process (e.g., state and local government requirements).
  • Reviews third party documents in conjunction with senior documentation specialist to ensure version control.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Equipment Finance/Leasing experience
  • Tenured customer service experience
  • Account management experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Compensation: $66,800 - $90,300
