Vendor Coordinator/ Manager (AI/ML Training Data)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Vendor Manager to oversee and manage our global network of vendors, data partners, freelancers, and suppliers. You will play a key role in sourcing, onboarding, negotiating, and managing third-party vendors who support our data collection, annotation, and localization projects. The ideal candidate is process-driven, has strong negotiation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, source, and evaluate potential vendors for data collection, annotation, and linguistic services.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure the best value and quality.

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.

Monitor vendor performance using KPIs and metrics; develop improvement plans when necessary.

Collaborate with Project Management, Quality, and Procurement teams to align vendor capabilities with project needs.

Maintain a central database of vendors, contracts, and compliance documents.

Ensure all vendors meet Macgence’s quality standards, data security, and privacy compliance requirements.

Resolve vendor-related issues, disputes, and escalations quickly and effectively.

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.

Stay updated with market trends, pricing benchmarks, and emerging vendors in the AI data services space.

3. Should be okay with bangalore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
