Vendor Management - Civil Works

Position - Vendor Management – Civil Works (Interior Fit-out)

We’re looking for a hands-on, high-ownership professional from an Interior Design / Interior Fit-out background with strong civil exposure to strengthen our Vendor Management function.

If you understand interior detailing, site execution realities, civil coordination, and vendor performance control — this role is for you.

*1-2 years of UAE Experience is mandatory*

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale a strong civil vendor network (MEP, ceilings, flooring, masonry, structural modifications, etc.)
• Evaluate vendors for technical strength, manpower, financial stability, and interior fit-out experience
• Allocate projects strategically to ensure quality, speed, and cost efficiency
• Monitor vendor KPIs: cost, timelines, workmanship, safety, responsiveness
• Work closely with site & design teams to protect design intent and finishing standards
• Drive vendor negotiations, benchmarking, and performance improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Architecture
• 3–5 years in Vendor Management within Interior Design / Fit-out / Design & Build
• Strong civil subcontractor management experience
• Site-level coordination expertise
• 1-2 years of UAE experience required
