Vendor Performance Manager

The Vendor Performance Manager (VPM) plays a vital role in ensuring that our external vendor partnerships align with Goosehead's mission to deliver best-in-class service to our clients and franchise partners. Vendor Performance Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing vendor relationships to ensure that Goosehead receives high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant goods and services. This position serves as the primary liaison between Goosehead and its vendor network, overseeing contract negotiations, performance management, risk mitigation, and the strategic alignment of vendor operations with the company's business objectives.

The Vendor Performance Manager at Goosehead Insurance supports the full vendor management life cycle by coordinating daily vendor activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

This position is critical in guaranteeing that all external vendors consistently meet Goosehead's performance, cost, and quality standards. The Vendor Performance Manager collaborates closely with the VPM Senior Manager, as well as the Compliance, Legal, and Service teams to ensure contracts are effectively managed, performance metrics are accurately tracked, and potential vendor risks are proactively mitigated.
