Master Electronics is growing and bringing on a Vendor Relations Coordinator in sunny Miami, FL. This role focuses on product rotation and lifecycle decisions that help shape a competitive, market-ready assortment. It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with data, building relationships, and influencing product strategy.

Pay Range: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
What you will do?:
  • Review and manage internal stock rotation activity by identifying slow-moving product and coordinating returns or scrap directly with suppliers
  • Review supplier agreements and terms to ensure they align with company records
  • Understand any misalignments, try to resolve, and report discrepancies to manager
  • Analyze data from suppliers and internal reporting tools to identify eligible product, validate information, and communicate decisions to supplier for approval
  • Using Microsoft Excel to consolidate all rotations into one database, reconcile data, and maintain rotation and scrap activities for tracking / reporting purposes
  • Own the end-to-end supplier return and scrap process, from requesting allowances and documentation to securing credits
  • Work with suppliers to maximize the allowances which may require negotiating beyond standard terms
  • Simultaneously manage multiple time sensitive allowances with varying deadlines

What you bring to the table!:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, concatenation, multi-cell mathematical formulas, and data imports
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively partner with individuals across diverse work styles, personalities, and career levels
  • Self-starter mindset with a proven ability to take initiative, manage priorities, and follow through on open items to successful completion
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
