Vendor Relations Technician

Bornan Sports Technology is a company specializing in technological innovation for sports. We develop products for all types of sporting events, whether large or small, both nationally and internationally. We provide real-time results, timing, and TV graphics services.

We are looking for a Vendor Relations Technician to join us on a fixed-term basis for the Asian Games 2026 project. You will report to Chief Business Officer and partner closely with project leads, finance, legal, and technical teams to ensure our vendors consistently deliver exceptional value, reliability, and innovation.

Responsibilities
· Architect and execute vendor sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and project requirements.
· Evaluate vendor capabilities across technical performance, financial health, compliance, and past performance.
· Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments to optimize cost and service quality.
· Oversee vendor onboarding, ensuring all documentation, training, and integration steps are completed on schedule.
· Track vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs; conduct 360 degree stakeholder feedback and reviews, and issue remediation plans.
· Coordinate risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies, updating leadership on critical exposures.
· Manage a centralized vendor information repository and ensure transparent communication across teams.
· Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback, benchmarking market trends, and piloting new solutions.
· Ensure open and transparent communication flows both internally and with external vendor partners by maintaining accessible channels, proactively sharing updates.
· Mentor and collaborate with vendor coordinator(s), setting goals and fostering professional development.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sports Management, or related field.
· 3+ years of vendor or supplier management experience, preferably in sports technology or event services.
· Proven success negotiating complex contracts and realizing measurable cost savings.
· Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking vendor performance metrics.
· Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
· Familiarity with procurement/project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com,).
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
· Business English Level C1
