Vendor Relationship Manager

The Vendor Relationship Manager (Female) will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services, and supporting smooth project execution. She will act as the key liaison between the company and vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms, quality, and timelines.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
• Coordinate with procurement, billing, and project teams for timely material availability.
• Maintain vendor database and ensure proper documentation of agreements and communications.
• Resolve disputes, delays, or quality issues with vendors in a professional manner.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and vendor performance reviews.
• Prepare regular reports on vendor performance, procurement status, and cost analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
