Role:

This is a junior/early-career role with direct mentorship from the founder and exposure to the full VC operations lifecycle. We’re seeking a Venture Operations Associate to manage day-to-day operations, enhance internal systems, and ensure seamless coordination across teams and stakeholders. This role serves as a critical operational pillar supporting the fund’s growth.

What You’ll Do:

Operational Excellence

• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across the firm.
• Develop and maintain internal workflows, documentation, and reporting structures.

Data, Reporting & Insights

• Analyze internal and portfolio data to support decision-making and performance insight.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and operating metrics for leadership and investment teams.

Cross-Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Manage communication and workflows between internal teams, portfolio companies, and external partners.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project timelines to ensure smooth execution.

Platform Enablement & Strategic Initiatives

• Lead initiatives that enhance platform capabilities, connectivity, and ecosystem engagement.
• Support strategic projects across investments, operations, partnerships, and firm-wide priorities.

Fund & Investment Operations Support

• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, memos, and documentation for investments and fund operations.
• Support compliance, record-keeping, and administrative processes as needed.

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, fund administration, consulting, or startup operations.
• Strong process management , analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working across teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with VC, startups, or technology ecosystems is beneficial.
• Experience in AI, Cloud, or Edge infrastructure sectors is considered advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance , or a related field.
