Verification Agent & Closing Executive

We are looking for confident and disciplined individuals to join our team as Verification Agent & Closing Executive. The role includes verifying customer information, conducting follow-up calls, and closing potential leads through clear communication and strong convincing skills.

Key Duties:

• Make verification calls and validate customer details
• Maintain accurate data entry and follow standard procedures
• Follow up with warm leads and ensure successful conversions
• Meet daily targets and maintain consistent performance
• Provide professional support to customers when needed

Required Qualifications:

• Good English communication skills
• Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude
• Ability to manage calls effectively
• Experience in verification/closing is an advantage but not essential
