Vize BPO Private Limited is hiring a Verifier for U.S.-based outbound campaigns.

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented Verifier to handle outbound verification calls and ensure accurate customer data management in a fast-paced call center environment.

Location & Timing

• Location: I-9/3, Islamabad
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (On-site only)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound verification calls to customers
• Confirm and update customer information in CRM systems
• Follow scripts and maintain quality standards
• Identify and report discrepancies or issues
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of U.S. call center experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Target-oriented and confident personality
• Willingness to work night shifts
