Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for ACA leads

Assist customers with plan selection, eligibility, and enrollment

Guide clients through the application process accurately

Ensure compliance with ACA guidelines and call protocols

Perform call verification and documentation

Achieve daily and monthly KPIs / sales targets

Deliver excellent customer service, especially to U.S. clients
Requirements

Experience in ACA campaign (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of ACA plans, eligibility, and enrollment process

Excellent English communication skills (American accent preferred)

Ability to handle objections and close effectively

Confident, professional attitude

Clear understanding of compliance and call handling standards
