About the Role
Leads Expert BPO is seeking confident, energetic, and detail-driven individuals to join our Medicare Campaign as Call Center Verifiers. In this position, you will verify customer information, ensure accuracy throughout the process, and help deliver a smooth and reliable customer experience. If you’re motivated, articulate, and eager to grow in a fast-paced service environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify customer details.
• Listen carefully and understand customer needs.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in the system.
• Upsell or recommend suitable services when required.
• Maintain a professional, customer-centered attitude on every call.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Medicare/ACA preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Excellent listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Must be 18+.
