Job Description:
We are looking for detail-oriented and professional Verifiers to join our team. The Verifier will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and confirming customer information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. This role requires strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to follow verification scripts while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify customer details with accuracy and attention to detail
• Conduct outbound/inbound verification calls as required
• Ensure data compliance and follow company procedures
• Update customer records after verification
• Maintain daily productivity and quality targets
• Communicate clearly and professionally during all interactions
• Coordinate with the operations team to meet project goals

Requirements:

• Previous BPO or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow scripts and guidelines
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Professional, reliable, and target-oriented
