Job Purpose:

Sells and services all products offered by Verizon Wireless.

Strives to meet sales objectives.

Maintains a strong knowledge of all products, service plans, and promotions.

Process bill payments and assist customers in a professional manner. Serve as a positive representation of the Verizon Brand.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading

professional publications; participating in professional organizations.

Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
