Versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesman for Dynaminc Team

We are looking for experienced and reliable Multi-Traders with strong plumbing experience to join our growing reactive maintenance team working across social housing and residential properties.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is confident carrying out both plumbing and general multi-trade repairs.

What You'll Be Doing

• General plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Tap changes, bath replacement, toilet repairs, radiator issues, and basic pipework
• Reactive maintenance and general property repairs
• Basic carpentry, kitchen replacement, patch plastering, decorating, tiling, fencing, and general maintenance
• Attending occupied and void properties
• Diagnosing faults and resolving issues efficiently
• Uploading job reports and photos
• Communicating professionally with tenants and office staff

Requirements

• Strong plumbing background
• Multi-trade experience
• Own tools required
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Full UK driving licence

Preferred

• Social housing or reactive maintenance experience
• NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent trade experience
• Basic electrics knowledge
• Patch plastering and decorating experience
• Asbestos Awareness or Health & Safety certificates
