Full Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full accounting records for assigned vessels under full management
  • Prepare monthly vessel accounts and management reports
  • Post invoices, accruals, and prepaid expenses accurately and on time
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of vessel and bank accounts
  • Process supplier invoices and crew-related expenses
  • Prepare vessel funding requests and monitor cash balances
  • Liaise with operations teams on invoicing and payment matters
  • Support in internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in vessel accounting

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP will be considered an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment
  • Ability to meet monthly reporting deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹210,014.72 - ₹1,091,970.55 per year
