Sofa Vet Care Clinic is a leading veterinary practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care for pets. We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our clinic.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Overseeing the daily operation of the clinic; ensuring smooth workflow and high-standard service.
• Managing clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensuring that the clinic maintains an adequate inventory of medical supplies, medication, and equipment.
• Assisting in managing the clinic's budget and expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency in operations.
• Maintaining clinic satisfaction through excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health regulations and veterinary practices.
• Implementing operational strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient care.
• Collaborating with the veterinary & front desk team to enhance clinic performance and quality service.
• Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve the company's objectives.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent; or three to four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in veterinary clinic management or related healthcare management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of veterinary medicine or willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in practice management software and MS Office.
