Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterans Disability Attorney to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to serving veterans, excellent legal skills, and a thorough understanding of VA disability law. This role involves representing veterans in disability claims, providing legal advice, and ensuring our clients receive the maximum benefits they are entitled to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent veterans in disability claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
• Assist clients in preparing and filing VA disability claims.
• Review and analyze medical records and service documents.
• Advocate for clients at VA hearings and appeals.
• Provide legal advice and support to veterans and their families.
• Stay current on VA laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and other experts to support claims.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in veterans disability law or related field.
• Strong understanding of VA disability benefits and claims process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a commitment to serving veterans.
• Prior military service or experience working with veterans is a plus.
