Position: Veterinary Assistant

Department: Calf Section — Livestock Operations
Working Hours: 12 Hours/Day
Off Days: 1 Day/Week or Accumulated Monthly

Experience: 2 Years (Calf Section, Corporate Dairy Farm)

Key Responsibilities
•     Implement and follow Health Section Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
•     Administer vaccinations as per daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
•     Carry out prescribed treatments and medications for calves under veterinary supervision.
•     Monitor calf health, record observations, and report abnormalities promptly.
•     Maintain accurate health and treatment records for all assigned animals.

Requirements
•     3–5 years of experience exclusively in the calf section of a corporate dairy farm.
•     Hands-on knowledge of calf health management, vaccination protocols, and treatments.
•     Familiarity with Health Section SOPs in a structured farm environment.
•     Ability to work a 12-hour shift in a physically demanding outdoor farm setting.
•     Basic record-keeping skills; ability to follow veterinary instructions accurate.
